🧑🍳 How to Prepare

1. Mix 5 tbsp pancake mix with 3 tbsp milk and ½ tbsp oil / melted butter / ghee to make a smooth batter.
   
   

2. Rest batter for 5 minutes.
   
   

3. Pour onto a hot pan on medium flame. Cook for 1.5–2 minutes per side.
   
   

4. Serve hot with your favourite toppings.
